We seek to employ the service of a Receptionists who will be responsible for greeting our visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm

Duties

Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
Maintains security and telecommunications system.
Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.

Level of studies: Professional

One year of experience

Requirements and Qualifications

Written and verbal communication skills.
Customer service.
Multitasking and prioritizing.
Dependability.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Problem-solving.
Ability to work under pressure.
Attention to detail.
